Workshop Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Because our workshops are kept small and intimate to ensure high-quality, personalized instruction, every seat is incredibly valuable. When a spot goes unfilled, it impacts our small community and makes it difficult to recover the vacancy. For this reason, all registration fees are non-refundable.

However, we know that unexpected life events happen! If you can no longer attend your scheduled workshop, we are happy to offer the following options:

• Transfer to a Future Date: If you notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled workshop, we will gladly transfer your registration to a future session.

• Send a Friend: If you miss the 14-day notice window, you are welcome to gift or sell your spot to a friend or family member. Simply email us ahead of time with their name and contact details so we can welcome them to the class.

Please note: Cancellations made less than 14 days before a workshop (with the exception of verified medical emergencies) or "no-shows" on the day of the workshop are not eligible for a transfer credit.
